Friends of the Monastery

Cross Carpathian-blueTo those who step forward, extending oneself in support of the monastery by donation of one’s treasures or talents, we offer our sincerest gratitude and recognize this support by enrolling the person as a Friend of the Monastery. 

Our faith is not just in our merciful Lord and His Most Holy Mother, but also faith in the good will of God-loving Christians to support our ministry. Please know that your support is really of great help to us and we humbly thank you from our hearts! Friends of the Monastery are remembered daily in our liturgical prayers and are listed below* in gratitude for their generous support.

 We encourage all who participate as a Friend of the Monastery to provide us with the names of your living and deceased loved ones so that they may be remembered in prayer throughout the year. For more information, please follow this link.

One opportunity to become a Friend of the Monastery is offered to those willing to offer consistent financial support to the monastery. This can be in the form of recurring donations of $10 monthly OR donations totaling at least $100 annually. At the end of the year we will provide you with a tax-deductible receipt listing your donations given throughout the course of the year.

What is the most precious thing in the world? The answer given by most respondents is “time.” Therefore, anyone donating twenty-five hours or more of one’s precious time through volunteerism to assist the monastery is enrolled as a Friend of the Monastery and is listed below. are remembered daily in our liturgical prayers in gratitude for your generous support. At the end of the year we will provide you with a tax-deductible receipt listing your donations given throughout the course of the year.

Consider our Lord’s parable of the widow’s mite Our monastery does not have a strong financial base. Currently our primary support comes from fundraisers and from the personal donations from the the personal finances of the monastic community.
